Achieving better mental and physical health by slowing down one's life can lead to increased happiness and longevity.

The app serves as the online platform of The Slow Movement, a community founded by Neelesh Misra, India's esteemed storyteller. The Slow Movement encourages individuals to reconnect with themselves and appreciate the small joys and experiences often overlooked in our fast-paced lives.
